Silver Bullet Repair
If you are in need of repair for your Silver Bullet mk1 or mk2 please contact our support team at mission@louderthanliftoff.com. They will guide you through any possible troubleshooting tips prior to sending in the unit for repair.
If it is deemed that your unit needs repairs that are not able to be handled at home you can send your unit to the following address:

Please include a note with as much information as possible including the behavior your unit is exhibiting. You can also email us with all of the necessary info.
Make sure to use the original packaging that your products were shipped in. If you do not have the original packaging please use enough bubble wrap and packing foam to ensure that your products cant move around during shipment. If the original packaging is not received with your repair we will return the unit in a new box/foam set for a cost of $30 to ensure your unit returns to you in tip top condition.
Please send over tracking info to mission@louderthanliftoff.com as soon as you have shipped so we can monitor the package.
Please allow 14-21 business days for all repairs.
