Please include a note with as much information as possible including the behavior your unit is exhibiting. You can also email us with all of the necessary info.

Make sure to use the original packaging that your products were shipped in. If you do not have the original packaging please use enough bubble wrap and packing foam to ensure that your products cant move around during shipment. Send over tracking info to mission@louderthanliftoff.com as soon as you have shipped so we can monitor the package.
