Repair Lead Time

If you have to send in your Louder Than Liftoff product for repair, please expect a 5-10 business day turn around time for repairs done in the U.S.  This is the appromixate amount of time it takes to complete the repair once we receive your unit, and does not include inbound or outbound shipping times.  If we don't have the parts on hand, then it could take longer to procure the necessary parts in some cases.
